Delete your Flick account

From inside the app
- Open Flick and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your data is erased immediately.
On this website
You can also do it here, without installing anything: open your profile, sign in with the same Google account, and use Delete account and synced data under Account. It runs the same deletion the app runs — immediately, and with no email in between.
The Account section only appears once sign-in is switched on for this site. If you do not see it, use the app or the email route below.
By email
If you have uninstalled Flick and cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Flick account.
We use the sending address to identify the account, so the request has to come from that address. Deletion is completed within 30 days and normally within a few days.
What is deleted

What is not
- Wallpapers on your device. Anything saved to your gallery or kept for offline use is yours and stays where it is. Uninstalling Flick removes the offline copies; the gallery ones remain.
- Anonymous catalogue counters. A wallpaper's download total is a number, not a record of who downloaded it, and it is not reduced.
Retention
Account data is deleted straight away. Backups holding it are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle, so a copy may persist in a backup for up to 30 days after deletion and is not restored to any live system.
